M started pre-school this week. She goes four mornings a week and is absolutely loving it! The first day when I asked her what her favorite part was she said, "Riding the bus." I said, "But you didn't ride the bus I took you." She replied, "Yes I know but the bus was my favorite part." She really wants to ride the bus to school! Daddy isn't so sure. Her next favorite part of the first day was drinking out of the little cup (dixie cup I am assuming) after recess.
L's first day of Kids Day Out went great according to her teacher. She was excited to go and wore her backpack with pride. She and M both wore their backpacks for about two hours before school started! L cried/pouted a little as I left her but Mrs. Joanna said that she did GREAT! She walked all the way down the stairs and too the car with the biggest smile and look of proudness (is that a word?).
Our babies are growing up!!
